Have you been there? If not physically, what about virtually?
Funny eh, Harvey Norman Malaysia DO NOT have any website. How am I supposed to browse any Everything Must Go 40% offer?
I’m very interested with Harvey Norman sales, just like a lot of their previous sales (even iPhone sales and contest).
Wake up Elitetrax Marketing! Let’s do something. Setup a very simple website so that I can choose a combination of Gas Hob and Cooker Hood.

Here is my invoice number: 0105E05083. I bought a fridge w/ the water dispenser! My new home contractor has left a water-point for it. How is it supposed that you just sell the refrigerator without having an installation of the water dispenser? What is the point after all that you just sell a refrigerator for my new home? Your marketing strategy is there. But let me tell you what; your business tactics does not last long. This is going to be the first and last electronics I’ve ever bought from your Harvey Norman. Thank you so much for leaving me paying extra just to install the water dispenser! I will never forget about my experience with you. Because you guys are just suck! Go to hell!

My relative’s recent experience with Harvey Norman Malaysia, Ikano Power Centre proved that their sales & technical guys were like pieces of stones unable to give any human touch or bother to give proper explanation and confirmation to their electrical product. Seems they were uncertain of some technical facts. Really bad sale service and after sale supports from their guys.
Shame on them ! VERY VERY disappointing
BEWARE & BE VERY CAREFUL when you buy from Harvey Norman Malaysia. You must recognise, they are merely one of the many distributers of those manufacturers. Merely distributor as they have claimed !! They are NOT going to bother you WHEN they cannot answer off hand those product related questions. Smart consumers must factor this in when you consider prospective purchases.
DESPITE their size & reputation, they are NO difference from some of the other small timers.
yeah, my friend got fooled too. He wanted to check on something but obviously HN Malaysia was not too sure. My frined reluctantly approached the manufacturer of the product in oversea which did not care. When complained to that country’s ministry concerned, that ministry said they could not do much as the purchase was made in Malaysia. However HN Malaysia did not bother to help my friend in checking with manufacturer. Catch 22 situation…we are neither here nor there, right?
Secondly, with HN type of setup, do you think they are cheaper ?
