Facebook Ads Screwed Up. Why am I seeing Facebook Ads from Norway?

All this while, everything is fine. Facebook is geotargeting the application. But now it seemed that it screwed up.
I’m from Malaysia, but somehow I saw a lot of ads from Norway. See the screenshot below.
