It’s Network Solutions’ holding page. Usual explanation would be that accelerator-media.com (they serve ads, mostly for uk traffic) had failed to renew their domain, but since it’s listed as renewed on Feb 10th it is perhaps a foul-up by Network Solutions. Appears to have also affected amazon.co.uk, nationalrail.co.uk, and probably many others, large and small.
