The CTRs suck.. but in my experience it is very targeted. You really need to spend over 25c per click to get any page views... and for some reason they seem to completely stop after 1 day and you have to re-make the ad (probably because the click-through ration inevitably becomes so slow.). Here's a test. Ask your friends who use facebook to name a few facebook advertisers. If they can't, then it's probably not the best strategy for branding.
