CIMBClicks Online Banking without WWW

I don’t have any problem accessing www.cimbclicks.com.my. But when I enter cimbclicks.com.my, below is the error message:

503 Service Unavailable

Failed to resolve the name of server cimbclicks.com.my to connect
CIMB people may need to get this DNS thingy to be done.

    of course it can’t.
    the website utilize SSL, www.cimbclicks.com.my and cimbclicks.com.my is two different thing.

    if the SSL is issued to www.cimbclicks.com.my, so there is no use if www got CNAME dns pointer to cimbclicks.com.my

    visitor can still access the cimbclick without the www, but the security of the site is compromised.

    but, why not cimb purchase cert for both www and cimbclicks.com.my ?
